How do I check the status of my order?

Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number when your order has been shipped out. Track your order located at the top of our page.

 

How long will it take for an order to be processed?

Orders typically take up to 4 days to be processed before they are shipped. (excluding holidays)

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For domestic orders in the United States, it will approximately take 2-3 weeks. For international orders, it will take about 3-4 weeks.

 

Why does my tracking number say NOT FOUND?

Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to update. 

 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fix it before the shipment date.
